Description
Our utilities client is seeking an Intermediate Communications Coordinator Consultant to support stakeholder engagement advisors and the manager of capital projects communications - 21984
Initially a 12- months contract to start. Hybrid in Vancouver, BC - remote candidates are not accepted. 5 hours/day - the hours will be decided by the manager as per project needs.
Must Have
- 4+ years of communication strategy or communication advisory work experience; developed communication materials including newsletters, management reports, and presentations
- Background in graphic design
- Must be available for travel to all areas of the province
- Must be able to work outside of regular office hours, as required
- Must have a sufficient level of physical fitness to lift/move heavy or awkward items (not exceeding 23 kg (50 lbs)
- Class 5 vehicle license : Be comfortable driving in remote locations
- Able to use own laptop/cellphone
Nice to haves:
- Data management experience
- Understanding of event management
