Location: Hamilton, ON
Hybrid - 2 days/week in office
3-4 months contract
5-10 hours/week
Summary:
We are seeking a Graphic & Technical Communications Specialist to support ad hoc design and technical visual communications needs. This role will combine strong technical knowledge with advanced skills in PowerPoint, Canva, and other design tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create technical diagrams (e.g., router or network infrastructure visuals)
- Develop logos, branding elements, and website visuals
- Design polished PowerPoint presentations, reports, and visual materials
- Support website content updates
- Translate technical concepts into clear and engaging graphics
Requirements:
- Expertise in PowerPoint, Canva, and other design tools
- Experience in technical graphic design and visual storytelling
- Ability to update websites and support branding projects
- Strong organizational skills and flexibility for ad hoc assignments
- Solid understanding of corporate branding and visual standards
