This role requires a senior, credible product leader who brings deep experience shaping how product management is practiced at scale, influencing executive stakeholders, and ensuring product investments deliver meaningful business value. The focus is on leadership, trust, and impact - not delivery mechanics alone.

Must Have:

  • Extensive experience in senior‑level Product Management leadership, with accountability for complex, enterprise‑wide product portfolios.
  • Demonstrated success establishing and evolving efficient, innovative product management practices that enable faster decision‑making and delivery across teams.
  • Strong people leadership experience, including building, mentoring, and developing high‑performing product management teams, setting clear expectations and standards, and creating an environment of accountability, trust, and continuous improvement.
  • Proven ability to influence and partner with executive‑level stakeholders, building trust and alignment across business and technology leaders.
  • Strong experience overseeing product strategy, prioritization, and value realization for products spanning multiple business units and enterprise platforms.
  • Ability to balance speed, risk, and long‑term sustainability in complex, multi‑stakeholder environments.
  • Experience leading product management in large, complex organizations, with accountability for sophisticated software platforms, suites of applications, or integrated enterprise systems.

Our preferred candidate works a minimum of 3 days per week in office but can make themselves available other days if required.
