Our Calgary client is looking for a Junior Technical Customer Support Analyst with experience investigating and troubleshooting internal and customer related issues for Industrial Systems


Must Haves:

  • 2+ years' experience as a Technical Customer Support or Systems Analyst role
  • Experience with troubleshooting technical systems and a strong ability to diagnose and resolve issues effectively
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality support and excellent communication skills for interacting with diverse stakeholders


Nice to Have:

  • Experience with SCADA, IIOT or other Industrial Control Systems (ICS)
  • Familiarity with SQL, Windows Server, and/or VB.NET
