Junior Project Coordinator to support project roadmaps, milestone tracking, and cross-functional coordination.

Duration: Contract - ASAP till Dec 31, 2026 (with Holiday Furlough) . Possibility of extension.

Remote: but must be available to attend onsite meetings in Brampton as required.

Responsibilities:

Project Management

• Develop and maintain the project plan, tracking key milestones and deliverables
• Support coordination between technical teams, product leads, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and maintain project cadence
• Track cross-functional updates and follow up on operational tasks to ensure timely completion
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including meeting minutes, action logs, and decision records
• Maintain trackers and updates across internal systems (e.g., SharePoint, Jira)
• Support workshop planning and coordination to gather stakeholder input and facilitate alignment
• Lead release deployment

Reporting & Governance

• Prepare and distribute weekly or bi-weekly status reports for leadership
• Track action items, risks, issues, and dependencies; follow up with owners to ensure timely resolution
• Monitor and track project financials on a weekly and periodic basis, reporting on budget status, forecast, and financial health

Tools & Systems (Preferred Experience)

• Familiarity with tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, Microsoft Project, SharePoint, PowerPoint and Excel

Must Haves:

• 1+ year of experience in project coordination
• Highly detail-oriented, organized, and process-driven
• Ability to manage repetitive tasks with consistency and accuracy
