Our Calgary client is looking for a Junior Intake Coordinator/Business Analyst to support initial triage of production issues for a product within the Oil and Gas industry


4 days a week onsite in downtown office required


Must Haves:

  • 2+ years' experience as a Intake Coordinator or Business Analyst
  • Experience doing triage of production issues for a digital product
  • Familiarity with agile software development methodologies and the project management lifecycle
  • Experience with tools such as Azure DevOps, SharePoint, and the Microsoft Office Suite


Nice to have:

  • Demonstrate practical experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, XP, or Lean, preferably within an agile/scrum delivery environment.
  • Background knowledge or industry experience in upstream oil and gas, mining, or regulatory processes related to these sectors
