Jr. Project Coordinator - Supply Chain & Store Rollouts (Large Retail Client)

Our client is Canada's largest retailer. They are looking for a Project Coordinator to support a large-scale supply chain and retail store rollout initiative. This role will work closely with a Senior Project Manager, providing hands-on coordination, reporting, scheduling, and communication support for deployments across 2,000+ retail locations.

Location: Brampton (4 days/week onsite)

Duration: December 2026 to start

Key Responsibilities:

• Support day-to-day project coordination and execution activities
• Prepare and maintain status reports, trackers, schedules, and documentation
• Assist with meeting coordination, agendas, follow-ups, and action tracking
• Support store and supply chain deployment activities, including scheduling and communications
• Track risks, issues, and dependencies and escalate as required
• Work closely with the Senior PM to ensure smooth delivery across multiple locations
• Coordinate communications to retail stores regarding upcoming changes and deployments
• Support initiatives involving network-related changes (e.g., routers, switches, connectivity impacts), without owning technical implementation

Must-Have Skills & Experience

• 2-4 years of experience in project coordination or junior project management
• Understanding of project management fundamentals and delivery workflows
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Clear, professional communication skills (written and verbal)

Nice to Have

• Experience supporting supply chain, retail, or store rollout projects
• Exposure to network or infrastructure-related initiatives (terminology awareness is sufficient)
• PM certifications or coursework (e.g., CAPM, PMP in progress)
