Description:


Job Title: Procurement/Contracting Analyst - Looking for someone to assist the contract operations team with cleaning up supplier contract records in the enterprise contract repository.


Looking to bring in a couple temps to assist with a cleanup of contract records. They would need to have a decent familiarity with how contracts are structured and where to find relative information but they do not need to negotiate contracts


Responsibilities:

  • Review data in contract repository and inventory it based on the information provided.


Skills:

  • At least two years of contracting experience (MSA's, SOWs, Order Forms etc)
  • Familiarity with SAP Ariba contracts module
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel.
  • SharePoint
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong customer service focus, and
  • Contracting experience in a procurement environment
  • A couple years of experience with supplier contracts would be good.
