Description
Our client, Canada's largest retailer, currently has an opening for a Jr. Java Developer, to support a transportation management system integration initiative in their Supply Chain Technology team.
The role will focus on supporting ongoing build and integration efforts, working across multiple systems to ensure stable, scalable interfaces and timely delivery against key milestones.
The successful candidate will work in our integration-heavy environments, logistics/supply chain systems, and with various SaaS platform.
Start Date: April 27, 2026 (target)
End Date: Dec. 11, 2026, with possibility of extension
Location: Brampton, 4 days per week preferred for collaboration, with flexibility
Must Haves:
Java experience (Spring Boot)
Working knowledge of REST APIs
Basic SQL or Database knowledge
Experience with React UI
Exposure to Cloud environments, GCP preferred
Nice to Have:
API Integration experience (Postman, Swagger, Open API)
Knowledge of or experience with supply chain / logistics, telematics platforms
AI may be used in evaluating candidates.
