Java Developer to design, develop, and support SCIM based IAM connectors using Java and Spring Boot within enterprise identity environments.

Java Developer (SCIM / IAM)

We are seeking a hands on Java Developer to support the design, development, and enhancement of SCIM based connectors within enterprise IAM environments. This role is heavily focused on Java/Spring Boot development, integrations, debugging, and connector engineering within identity and access management platforms.

Location: Remote within Canada

Contract: Mid May 2026 through October 31, 2026

Status: Immediate/Urgent Opening

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and enhance SCIM connectors using Java and Spring Boot
• Build and support IAM integrations across enterprise environments
• Debug, troubleshoot, test, and remediate connector issues
• Conduct code reviews and maintain development best practices
• Work closely with QA and technical teams on deployments and fixes
• Support secure and scalable REST/API integrations

Must Have:

• 5+ years of hands on Java development experience
• Expert level experience with Java and Spring Boot
• Strong hands on SCIM connector development experience
• Experience with REST APIs and enterprise integrations
• IAM / identity governance experience
• Experience with OAuth, SAML, OpenID Connect, or Azure AD
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and code review experience
• Must be a true developer, not solely scripting focused

Nice to Have:

• Experience with SailPoint, Okta, or other IAM platforms
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, or Kubernetes
• Consulting or customer facing project experience
• Cloud development exposure across AWS, Azure, or GCP
