Description
Our client is looking for an Intermediate Techno-Functional Oracle (Redwood) HCM Analyst to support the ingestion of data from Oracle, UKG Workforce Dimensions and Cornerstone into the datalake.
*Role can be worked remotely*
Must Haves:
- 5+ years' experience as a Functional/Technical Oracle HCM Analyst
- Identify data, ensure data controls are adhered to and consultation is happening with internal controls, that segregation of duty control are not broken and data is identified for marking or sensitive handling
- Experience in delivery of HCM data projects specifically with Oracle Fusion HCM, Cornerstone and UKG workforce dimensions
- Experience in OTBI, BI publisher, Cornerstone reporting & UKG data export models
Responsibilities for Redwood project:
- Work with the data and analytics team on use cases for HR data from Learning (Cornerstone), Time & Attendance (UKG Workforce Dimensions) and Core HR systems (Oracle Fusion)
- Reviewing designs and data requirements for security and classification
- Working with solution architects to come to the correct export patterns for data and timing
- Support Change Advisory Board
- Complete data validations
- Raise bugs and SR's with vendors for resolution
- Work with business stakeholders on approvals for data usage
