Our Vancouver client is looking for an Intermediate Service Desk/Deskside Support resource to support various systems and applications including Windows and O365
**This is a part-time position, offering 3 day per week in downtown Vancouver (Tuesday - Thursday).
Must Haves:
- 5+ years' experience working as a Service Desk/Deskside support resource, supporting about 35 end users across North America
- Experience supporting a variety of applications, systems, and AV equipment;
- Windows Server
- O365
- ServiceNow
- Active Directory
- ArcGIS
- Acquire Database
