Intermediate Project Manager with end-to-end application project experience to support PMO for a pharmacy technology team

Our consumer business client is seeking an Intermediate Project Manager to manage end-to-end pharmacy application projects within the healthcare and pharmacy technology domain.

Join a high-impact PMO delivering pharmacy and central pharmacy application enhancements within Canada’s largest retail organization. This role oversees projects from discovery to delivery, ensuring alignment between business teams and technical stakeholders. The work offers exposure to healthcare technology modernization across multiple pharmacy applications with visibility to business and IT leaders. The assignment runs through mid-December 2026, with potential for multi-year extensions.

Start Date: ASAP

End Date: Mid-December 2026, with possibility of multi-year extensions

Location: North York or Brampton, 3 days per week (with some flexibility)

40 hours /week

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage pharmacy technology projects from initiation through delivery
• Coordinate discovery, planning, and execution phases across all project streams
• Facilitate communication between business teams, developers, and quality engineers
• Track milestones, dependencies, and risks to maintain delivery commitments
• Engage with stakeholders regularly to align project outcomes with business goals
• Report progress and escalations across leadership and PMO governance

Must Haves:

• 3-7 years managing end-to-end project delivery from discovery to deployment within application development initiatives
• Proven ability to liaise across business, development, and quality engineering teams within a corporate matrix environment
• Strong communication and stakeholder management to translate technical progress into business narratives; go-getter personality

Nice to Have:

• Exposure to project financial management or cost tracking
• Experience leading pharmacy and healthcare application enhancement projects or related domains
