Description
Intermediate Project Manager to support multiple concurrent custom application development and COTS implementation projects.
Location: Winnipeg, MB (Full-time, onsite)
Contract Duration: 6 months, with a strong potential for extension
Must have:
- 6+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager delivering diverse projects
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
- Experience delivering COTS/off-the-shelf, custom development or SAAS solutions
- Recent experience managing third-party vendors from RFP and SOW development through to transition to operations
- Strong experience liaison between technical teams and business including executive level presentation skills
Nice to have:
- PMP or equivalent certifications
- Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project methodology and delivery
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead assigned project and deliverables on multiple concurrent projects including Custom application development and COTS/off-the-shelf implementation projects
- Manage timelines, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communications.
- Collaborate closely with system integrators, third-party vendors, and internal technical teams.
- Report progress to the Senior Project/Program Manager and contribute to the overall program’s success.
