Our valued client is looking for an Intermediate Project Manager to coordinate with stakeholders in an agile environment for data migration and sustainment initiatives

Remote or Hybrid (Eastern Time Zone)

Tasks include:

• Work closely with the Product Owner to prioritize the product backlog based on business value and customer needs
• Facilitate Agile/Scrum Ceremonies and lead/organize team meetings focused on planning, progress updates, reviews, and retrospectives
• Remove Impediments, identifying and removing any obstacles that may hinder the team’s progress
• As priorities change, support re-prioritization efforts, coordinating with stakeholders, managing timelines, etc.
• Work on 2-week sprint basis, overseeing and understanding objectives to make sure work is completed and obstacles are removed
• Split time between a team responsible for sustainment and small enhancements to legacy data environment (on premise) and migration to cloud environment

Must have:

• Eligible for reliability clearance
• 7 years' experience as a Project Manager and/or Scrum Master
• Prior experience working on Database teams/projects, specifically with Data Engineering teams
• Jira or Azure DevOps

Nice to have:

• Project Planning using MS Project
• Experience supporting the decommission of data marts, and supporting a move to cloud solutions (eg: Azure, Databricks, PowerBi, etc.)
