Our aviation client is looking for an Intermediate Project Coordinator to support multiple projects for an in-house software development team using agile/scrum methodology

1-year (possible renewal), Hybrid (2-3 days on site) Richmond,

Must Have

• 5+ years’ experience as Project Coordinator and have led Agile teams using the Scrum methodology.
• Experience executing Project Management responsibilities.
• Jira and Confluence experience
• Experience with collaborative online whiteboarding or visual collaboration tools (Miro)

Nice to Have

• Unity and/or 3D development project experience, especially on large scale models, would be an asset.
• PMP or other project management certification preferred.
• Experience working in Figma to review and comment on design specifications would be an asset.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and assist with various scrum ceremonies for project teams (i.e. as a Scrum Master).
• Assist with tracking task status and timelines while supporting different projects and customers (e.g. Digital Twin, BorderXpress, MS Power Apps, various Innovation Initiatives).
• Coordinating with various stakeholders to establish and managing relative priorities of various work streams.
• Coordinate with different members of the project team to ensure task dependencies are documented and managed effectively.
• Participate in estimation and review sessions to define project work.
• Maintaining scope, costs, schedules, and quality for development efforts; maintaining communication between development team members and other internal and external stakeholders
