Description
Our client is looking for an Intermediate Project Coordinator to support an OCM team with creating communication content, updating/tracking change plans, and scheduling of events for an ERP transformation program. (26-017)
This role requires you to be onsite 4 days/week in the downtown Calgary office
Must Haves
- 5+ years' experience working as a Project Coordinator supporting IT/OCM based projects
- Must have experience with project tracking, coordinating/scheduling and organize training sessions, workshops, and other change-related events.
- Hands on experience with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Must have some exposure to creating Communication content such as: emails, newsletters, and announcements .
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and track OCM project activities, timelines, and deliverables
- Maintain and update change plans, schedules, and progress reports
- Assist in creating and distributing change communications
- Organize stakeholder meetings, workshops, and events
- Collect and document stakeholder feedback for team review
- Support scheduling and logistics for training sessions and awareness events
- Compile and report on key metrics, including engagement and training completion rates
- Maintain centralized OCM documentation repository
- Provide administrative support such as meeting minutes and follow-up tracking
