Description
Our midstream client is looking for an Intermediate Project Coordinator specializing in resource coordination, and contract compliance to support construction and maintenance projects. (18635)
Must-haves:
- 5 + year experience in resource coordination and workforce planning for construction or maintenance projects
- Strong background in contract administration and compliance (e.g., MSAs, Fieldglass, ISN)
- Knowledge of training and certification requirements within construction/inspection environments
- Ability to manage third-party vendors and inspection providers, including performance monitoring
- Experience supporting construction managers, inspectors, and project managers with scheduling and onboarding
- Proven ability to develop and maintain resource plans for pipeline, facilities, and maintenance activities
- Competence in forecasting resource needs, negotiating availability, and reallocating talent across projects
