Description
Our public client is looking for an Intermediate Procurement Coordinator to support operations and ERP system integration through data analysis, training, and public sector procurement expertise. (CMH25-86)
Must-haves:
- 5+ years’ experience delivering procurement support in the public sector
- Experience supporting ERP system integration, particularly in procurement modules
- Hands-on experience with one or more ERP platforms such as:
- SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards, Workday, or other municipal ERPs
- Ability to support system configuration, testing, and training of procurement processes within the ERP
- Knowledge of Canadian public procurement laws, regulations, and trade agreements (e.g., CFTA, NWPTA)
- Familiarity with municipal procurement policy and procedures
- Experience preparing or supporting:
- RFx documents (RFPs, RFQs, etc.)
- Bid evaluations
- Vendor onboarding/qualification
