Must Have

• 5+ years of experience with Power BI development
• 3+ years of experience handling highly sensitive HR data
• 3+ years of experience designing and presenting complex data in a user-friendly format

Nice to Have

• 2+ years of experience onboarding remotely and transitioning to hybrid or onsite work
• 2+ years of experience working with government or regulated industries

Intermediate PowerBI Developer to support a short-term initiative focused on developing reports and dashboards based on highly sensitive HR information. The successful candidate must have demonstrated experience working with confidential data and a track record of effectively presenting complex datasets in a format that is clear, accessible, and visually intuitive. This position is ideal for someone with a strong PowerBI background who understands the risks and responsibilities associated with handling HR data.

Responsibilities

• Develop PowerBI reports and dashboards for HR-related datasets
• Ensure reports adhere to confidentiality and data handling best practices
• Translate complex data into user-friendly and accessible visualizations
• Collaborate with stakeholders to refine reporting requirements and KPIs
• Participate in initial onboarding week on-site before transitioning to preferred work mode
