Description
Our large midstream client is looking for an Intermediate Land Administrator to support project land acquisitions, documentation, and third-party coordination across midstream pipeline projects. (16912).
Must-haves:
- 4+ years of surface land experience, specifically in midstream/pipeline projects
- Knowledge of land titles systems and document registration practices
- Ability to draft, review, and process acquisition documents and third-party agreements
- Skilled at tracking landowner commitments, payments, and contractual obligations
- Strong understanding of federal and provincial land legislation and regulatory processes
- Experience working with the BC Energy Regulator and/or AER
- Proficiency with Pandell Land, and SAP
