Seeking a Full-Time Intermediate IT Systems Administrator to Own macOS-Focused On-Prem Infrastructure and M365 Environment for a Creative Agency
Must-Have Skills & Experience
- 5+ years' experience in IT support, systems administration, or IT generalist roles.
- Strong macOS administration skills (primary user base).
- Hands-on Windows Server administration experience.
- Experience supporting on-prem infrastructure (servers, networks, backups).
- Local-first infrastructure philosophy (on-prem servers, local networking)
- Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 and Entra ID administration.
- Basic Linux administration (patching, monitoring, troubleshooting).
- Networking fundamentals (VLANs, routing, Wi-Fi troubleshooting).
