Our large retailer client is seeking an Intermediate IT Project Manager to lead technology initiatives using Transportation Management Systems (TMS)

This hands-on IT Project Manager leads multiple cross-functional projects within the Transportation Management (TMS) portfolio. The role focuses on application integration work, interface enhancements, and API-based integrations across transportation management systems. These initiatives support the transportation of goods for a large retail supply chain.

Must Haves

• IT Project Management experience delivering application integration projects
• Solid knowledge of API and system interfaces for transportation management applications
• Experience managing projects related to Transportation Management Systems (TMS) or Supply Chain technology initiatives

Nice to Have

• Experience working in Supply Chain system initiatives related to transportation of goods
• Experience managing projects related to transportation management technology as it relates to logistics
• Experience with Blue Yonder transportation management application

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple cross-functional projects within the Transportation Management (TMS) portfolio
• Manage technology initiatives involving IT, Supply Chain business teams, SaaS vendors, and integration partners
• Oversee smaller projects focused on updating interface enhancements between Supply Chain transportation management systems
• Direct application integration work and API-based interfaces for transportation management applications
• Manage projects related to Transportation or Supply Chain system initiatives in a large retail environment
