Our enterprise client is seeking an Intermediate Help Desk Technician to provide Tier 2 ticket resolution and Microsoft environment support.


This is an initial 3-month contract with a possibility of extension. The successful candidate will be working full-time on site in Calgary.


Must-Haves:

  • 4+ years' experience providing Tier 2 Help Desk support
  • Experience supporting the Microsoft 365 & SharePoint suite
  • Ticket management and remote management experience (Auto Task & Datto)


Nice-to-Have:

  • Previous experience working within Managed Service environments supporting simultaneous end clients
