Intermediate Hardware Asset Receiving Analyst to support Data Centre Services

Our valued crown corporation client is seeking an Intermediate Hardware Asset Receiving Analyst to support Data Centre Services.

Initial 1-year, full-time contract with a 1 year optional extension. onsite, 37.5 hours per week (daytime hours required).

The successful candidate will work under the direction of the Assistant Director of Evergreening and Data Centre Services

Responsibilities:

• Receiving of goods for the ITS Data Centre Operations (DC Ops) team
• Input details of receiving hardware in SAP and initiate goods receipt
• Perform asset tagging of hardware (as required)
• Update hardware records within ServiceNow (e.g., serial number, state, etc.)
• Pack and ship hardware to alternate Bank locations (as required)
• Support DC Ops in the inventory in the DC OPS stockroom
• DC Ops hardware destruction and/or recycling (as required)
• Liaise with vendors on any discrepancies or issues
• Work with other members of the team and subject-matter experts to identify gaps/opportunities

Must Haves:

• 3+ years of demonstrated experience as a business analyst or receiving analyst
• Demonstrated experience with the ServiceNow, SAP, and/or SharePoint Online
• Demonstrated experience working with stakeholders at any level of an organization
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines while working on multiple tasks
• University degree or college diploma in business administration, or a related field
