Our Calgary agriculture client is hiring an Intermediate Guest Services Ambassador to support the High Performance Institute for leadership development (2671)

Must Have:

• 5+ years combined experience in customer service and corporate environments
• Greeting guests
• Liase with internal partners including catering, IT, and facilities
• Manage Inventory, ensuring stock levels are up to date
• Proficiency in MS Office

Nice to Have:

• First Aid Certification

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the face of the High Performance Institute (HPI), embodying its values and commitment to excellence.
• Greet and personally welcome each attendee, ensuring a smooth arrival and orientation to the space.
• Build quick rapport to understand individual preferences and set the tone for a personalized, high-touch experience.
• Liaise with key internal partners, including Facilities, Catering, IT, and HPI staff, to ensure flawless program execution.
• Own the setup, upkeep, and aesthetics of the HPI space to ensure it reflects the standards of a high-performance environment.
• Manage inventory, create stock lists, and ensure all materials and supplies are available and in top condition.
• Create and build upon existing playbooks to document onboarding, guest preparation, and open and closure procedures for all events.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and elevate the guest experience.
• Support the planning and execution of senior leadership development programs and executive experiences.
• Ensure transitions between sessions and the guest experience as it relates to catering set up and clean up are seamless and coordinated with support when required.
