Our client is looking for an Intermediate Financial Analyst with strong Excel skills to build, run and create reports for driving improvements for the operational budget within IT


This role requires you to be onsite 2-3 days/week


Must Haves:

  • 2+ years' experience as a Financial Analyst, working within IT with the ability to communicate to all levels of the organization.
  • Must have strong Excel experience to build pivot tables and macros


Nice to Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.


Responsibilities:

  • Financial Reporting and Analysis: Prepare data driven insights on budget movements, variances, and financial trends. Provide analysis and recommendations to Digital leaders around business performance, and mechanisms to manage spend.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with leadership to provide clear financial insights that support strategic decision-making. Drive accountability within the Digital operating model to improve spend ownership, accuracy of financial data, and value realization.
  • Budget Management: Monitor and manage operational budgets, ensuring financial efficiency, accuracy and variances are understood.
  • Technology Utilization: Leverage key M365 reporting tools to improve the efficiency and accuracy of Financial processes. Optimize financial toolsets and reporting tools.
  • Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure adherence to financial policies, regulatory requirements, and risk assessment protocols.
