Our client is seeking an Intermediate Data Engineer to utilize DataOps/DevOps for the maintenance and optimization of Azure data platforms in the oil and gas industry.
Must-Haves:
- 3+ years of experience as a Data Engineer
- Experience with DevOps / DataOps
- Azure Databricks, Airflow, and AKS (Azure Kubernetes Services)
- Oil and gas industry experience
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining and upgrading Azure data platforms
- Gathering requirements and implementing solutions for data pipeline and cost optimization opportunities
- Liaising with cloud infrastructure team for approvals, requests, and upgrades
