Our oil and gas client is looking for an Intermediate Competency Advisor to build out competency job profiles in SuccessFactors CMS in the oil and gas industry (8426)
**This is a hybrid work environment, with 4 days/week in office and 1 day remote**
Must Haves:
- 5+ years of experience in competency management system (CMS) administration and ownership
- Program build, user administration, data requirements, and issue resolution
- Experience supporting SAP S/4HANA SuccessFactors
- Oil and Gas industry experience
- Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, Learning and Development, or related field
