Job Description

Lead product vision, strategy, and backlog management

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and refine requirements

Support sprint planning and execution

Conduct UAT and manual testing

Document defects and facilitate resolution

Analyze data and report findings

Must Have Requirement

QA Experience

• Proficiency in maintaining QA documentation such as test scripts, results, and process flows

• Ability to define regression test sets and accurately document defects

BA Experience

• Experience preparing detailed business requirements documentation and process flows is necessary.

• Strong data analysis skills to identify trends and opportunities for improvement

• Preparing and presenting test results, defect summaries, and actionable recommendations to stakeholders.

• Project Management Experience

• Familiarity with project management tools like Jira and MS Project is required.

• Strong understanding of Agile and product development lifecycle
