Intermediate .NET Developer to support the Cloud Modernization of internal applications and associated services and databases in the public sector.

Our public sector client requires a Reliability cleared Intermediate .NET Developer to support the Cloud Modernization of internal applications and associated services and databases. The resource will be responsible for designing and developing advanced insight reports using Microsoft Power BI and participating in the development of modern front-end components and features using ReactJS, built upon the existing Microsoft Azure Cloud Services environment.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop advance insight Power BI reports using Microsoft Power BI, leveraging Microsoft Azure SQL, Azure SQL Managed Instance, Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
• Develop SQL queries to extract, transform, and prepare data from Microsoft Azure SQL or SQL Managed Instance to support reporting and analytics requirements within the Power Platform environment.
• Participate in the development of a common look and feel across all internal applications, guided by the Safety Analysis application’s design principles.
• Participate in the development and implementation of a feature-based migration strategy for moving existing applications to the ReactJS framework.
• Participate in developing a shareable, reusable library of in-house components in ReactJS.
• Provide all the necessary knowledge transfer with the development team, including detailed guidance on environment setup (development, testing, stage and production), application configuration, and component usage.

Must have:

• 2 years experience with Power BI
• 2 years experience with Azure SQL databases
• Experience with .Net Core (or .Net 5 and above)
• Experience with Power Apps or Power Automate

• GOC experience
