Our financial services client is seeking a Intake Triage Manager (6 months) to lead intake assessment and triage across Commercial Banking initiatives

Line of Business: Commercial Banking

Duration: 6 months

Location: Downtown Toronto - Hybrid (2 days in office)


Join a Commercial Banking Project Management Office driving efficient intake and routing of new business initiatives across lending and treasury platforms. This role manages the end-to-end triage process, defining scope, assessing readiness, and supporting prioritization with multiple teams. It offers broad exposure to senior leadership and cross-functional collaboration while helping establish an integrated intake operations model.

Must Haves

  • 4-7 years in project management, business analysis, intake, and/or demand management
  • Experience supporting cross-functional stakeholders, governance, or prioritization forums
  • Hands-on ability to structure ambiguous requests into clear intake deliverables
  • Experience with JIRA, Confluence, PowerApps, intake systems, Excel, or reporting tools
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills
  • Effective stakeholder communication
  • Attention to detail and process discipline

Nice to Have

  • Experience in financial services or large enterprise environments
  • Exposure to waterfall and agile delivery environments
  • PMP, SM, or BA certification

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day intake ensuring requests meet quality and completeness standards
  • Facilitate triage and support prioritization based on value, urgency, complexity, and dependencies
  • Partner with stakeholders to clarify requirements and ensure alignment
  • Define high-level scope, identify risks, and ensure readiness for delivery
  • Maintain intake pipeline, track status, and support reporting
  • Follow and improve intake processes, tools, and governance practices
  • Prepare intake summaries, triage logs, and stakeholder updates
