Team Size/Culture: 12 people, agile environment, collaborative environment, driving innovation

Preferred Candidate Background: Fintech, banking or financial services

How will performance be measured: hitting business timelines and how strong their stakeholder management skills are

SUMMARY OF DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:

•End-to-end facilitation of the agile processes

•Drives continuous improvement and change, acting as a change agent to adapt processes to maximize productivity across work efforts

•Engages appropriate stakeholders to identify and manage impediments to achieve outcomes of work commitments

•Identifies agile team improvement opportunities and looks externally for best practices in order to increase team productivity

•Experienced Scrum Master capable of supporting 1-2 simple to complex pods/agile teams

•Comprehensive knowledge / expertise in own domain / field of specialty and working knowledge of broader related areas and supporting a small team of professionals assigned to agile teams

•Requires full understanding of the processes, procedures and systems

•Can transition to Agile Coach I coaching role with appropriate training

MUST-HAVE Hard Skills:

1.) Strong knowledge within MS Office Suite

2.) Experience using Jira and Confluence

3. At least 2-4 years of experience or more as a Scrum Master

NICE-TO-HAVE

1.) Enterprise scaled agile project experience

2.) Scaled Agile Scrum Master certification

3.) Previous experience within fintech, banking or financial services
