Int. IT Analyst V - Technical Support, 100% remote - 56903

Duration: 1 year

Extension possible: potential for extension

Schedule: Evening, day time or could be a weekend. Need to be flexible to work either day or evenings and possible weekends (depending on business needs). 7.5 hours. Exact shift times will depend on project needs.

OT: possibility

Rotation: Will stay on either day shift or evening- but MUST be flexible to work either shift as needed.

Work Location: 100% Remote, need to be able to work in EST.

Scope of Project: enterprise protect project- cyber security

Team Size/Culture: 9 plus 2 new hires

CANDIDATE PROFILE DETAILS:

Degree/Certifications Required: technical background, understanding basics (servers, desktops, routers)

Years of Overall Experience: 2 to 4 years relevant exp

Preferred Candidate Background: worked with users in the past- 1 on 1.

Strong communication skills

Basic technical understanding(servers, desktops, routers)

Networking knowledge would be nice

Understanding multi-factor authentication

Communicate issues to non-technical users

SUMMARY OF DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Will be supporting users- generally on a conference bridge.

Technical work on a server

Remote into desktops

MUST-HAVE Hard Skills:
