Location: 3 days a week required in the Markham location

On-site availability: Must be able to work from our Markham office a minimum of three days per week.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a senior QA Specialist with strong knowledge in Guidewire Claims testing

Key Responsibilities:

• Guidewire Claims Expertise: Utilize Guidewire software to perform claims validations on insurance applications, ensuring they meet business and technical requirements.
• Analysis and Reporting: Analyze test results, identify bottlenecks, and provide detailed reports with recommendations for improvements.
• Collaboration: Work closely with development, operations, and business teams to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive testing coverage.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed documentation of test plans, scripts, results, and recommendations, also JIRA QE boards.

Must Have Skills:

• Experience: Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in Guidewire claims validations, with a focus on personal and commercial insurance applications.
• Proficiency in Guidewire claims validations.
• Proficiency in personal and commercial insurance applications
• Experience in Guidewire PC, BC and CM application
• Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with cloud-based environments and testing.
• Certification in Guidewire testing or related areas.
