Int. Digital Trainer to provide adoption support of workplace technologies and AI for our Financial Services client - 6511

Duration: 6 month contract (with chance of extension)

Location: Downtown Toronto (3x/week)

Job Responsibilities:

Content Creation:

• Develop and maintain user-friendly adoption and learning materials, such as guides, videos, and presentations.
• Create and deliver engaging enterprise learning sessions, including live (in-person, online, hybrid) and on-demand formats.
• Design team-specific teach-ins, workshops, and presentations tailored to specific needs.

Communication and Engagement:

• Create clear and proactive messaging about workplace technologies and AI updates to share across various communication channels.
• Facilitate interactive sessions, including hackathons and workshops, to encourage proficiency and adoption.

Adoption Strategy:

• Support Senior Manager by identifying barriers to technology and AI adoption and designing solutions to address them.
• Offer guidance on best practices for leveraging workplace technologies and AI to improve productivity.
• Empower IT Support analysts with the tools and knowledge needed to provide effective frontline learning and adoption support.

Must haves:

• 5+ years of experience in Training for workplace technologies (M365 Ecosystem)
• 2+ years of training experience in AI tools (ChatGPT Enterprise)
• Experience using PowerBI to track adoption metrics and areas for improvement

Nice to haves:

• Previous Financial Services/Investment/Capital Markets experience
