SUMMARY OF DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:

List of Responsibilities

• Onboarding tasks

• Sharing welcome information and coordinating hardware and physical access requests before the first day.

• For contingent worker the SOW request must be initiated to create the credentials

• Setting up accounts for software and networks and assigning relevant system access based on the new hire role.

• Providing technical orientation, overview of company software and distributing onboarding documents

• Providing additional links (such as LMS, community page) and knowledge of additional item offered.

• Provide new hires with the Professional Practice teams support emails.

• Ensure the new employee is added to the required distribution list and email boxes

• Offboarding tasks

• Revoking access to all company systems, software and networks

• Collecting company property including devices, keys and ID badges, Continuous follow up until the assets are return.

• Transfer Out from Audit tasks

• Systematically revoke access to Audit owned application, data such as sharepoint and sharedrive

• Remove access to floors.

• Oversee the cost centre transfer of laptop and other devices or retrieve if provisioned by new line of business.

• Application Maintenance

• ATG are administrators of Audit owned applications, SMART and RETAIN, which are updated to reflect promotions, leave of absences or people manager movements

• Provision additional software and hardware required by audit colleagues to complete scheduled audits

• Receive revoke, change request post Diamond/AMH attestation to update applications

• Update team name and cost centre changes on all applicable data fields.

• Managed the enrolment and renewal process for International Internal Audit

• Iron Mountain management of physical files throughout the retention lifecycle

• Attestations

• Quarterly SharePoint/ShareDrive attestation

• Annual Generic Email attestation

• Data Management

• Assist with the Data Management requirements and controls as outlined in the Audit Data Management Procedures.

• Audit Location

• Provision tools needed in each location such as headset, keyboard and mouse

• Monitor the capacity per location

• Coordinate moves by liaison between Audit and Real Estate partners
