Project Coordinator - Hybrid (Brampton, ON)

Location: Brampton, ON (Onsite 2x per week required)

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to support the planning and execution of product and technical initiatives. The ideal candidate will be experienced in Agile methodologies, confident in managing stakeholder communications, and skilled in tracking project milestones and risks. This role requires a strong understanding of project documentation and status reporting, and the ability to work cross-functionally with technical and product teams.

This position requires on-site presence twice a week in Brampton, with the flexibility to work remotely on other days.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and maintain project roadmaps and track key milestones to ensure successful delivery
  • Facilitate communication between technical teams, product leads, and stakeholders to align priorities
  • Use JIRA and Confluence to manage and track tasks, document updates, and support Agile workflows
  • Identify and document RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) items in coordination with team leads
  • Coordinate and manage program status updates, including weekly or bi-weekly reporting to leadership
  • Gather user and stakeholder feedback to support prioritization and continuous improvement
  • Create and maintain clear, concise project documentation to support team alignment and decision-making
  • Support Agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, retrospectives) and promote Agile best practices across team


Must haves:


  • Proven experience supporting project roadmaps and tracking key milestones
  • Hands-on experience with JIRA and Confluence for project tracking and documentation
  • Ability to identify, document, and track RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) items
  • Experience coordinating and delivering program status updates to leadership and stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to gather user and stakeholder feedback to inform decision-making
  • Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and the product development lifecycle
  • Comfortable working onsite in Brampton 2x per week as part of a hybrid work model
