Our financial services client is seeking a Information Security Consultant - Intermediate (11 Months) to support automation, compliance, and reporting within Identity Governance

Join an established cybersecurity team within a major Canadian bank focused on Identity Governance and Administration (IGA). This role drives automation, compliance, and reporting initiatives across Identity and Access Management (IAM) using technologies such as Power Apps, Power Automate, VBA, Alteryx, and Tableau. You’ll contribute to enhancing IAM processes, access controls, and audit readiness through analytics and automation projects. This hybrid position provides an opportunity to influence enterprise-level risk and compliance strategy.

Contract, Toronto, Hybrid

Must Haves

• Strong knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM) processes, controls, and governance frameworks
• Hands-on experience in information security, IAM, and IGA solutions supporting compliance and audit readiness
• 3-5+ years working with Power Apps, Power Automate, VBA, and Alteryx
• Experience developing analytics and dashboards using Tableau or Power BI integrated with SQL or database tools (Oracle, SQL Server, SAS)
• Exposure to cloud platforms including Azure and AWS

Nice to Have

• Experience with SailPoint, Workday, or ServiceNow
• Experience with infrastructure access controls
• Certifications such as PMP or Lean Six Sigma
• Background in automation and continuous improvement

Responsibilities

• Support Identity Governance automation, compliance, and reporting initiatives
• Design and implement automation solutions using Power Platform and analytics tools
• Enhance IAM governance, access controls, and regulatory compliance
• Develop and deliver reporting and risk insights for business and security stakeholders
• Investigate operational issues and support audit and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with teams to optimize IAM processes and strengthen security controls
