Our multinational consulting services is looking for a HYBRID - Senior Dynamics 365 Power Platform Developer to design, build, and enhance secure, user-friendly portals that improve business workflows and customer engagement.

The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise in the Microsoft Power Platform with hands-on experience integrating Dynamics 365, Power Automate, and Dataverse to deliver scalable, maintainable solutions.

Note: Vancouver, hybrid, 6 months to start

Must Have:

• 5+ years of experience developing solutions on the Microsoft Power Platform, with a focus on Power Pages (formerly Power Apps Portals)
• 5+ years of hands-on experience integrating Power Pages with Dynamics 365 (Sales, Customer Service) and other Microsoft 365 services
• Strong expertise in Dataverse (CDS) - data modeling, relationships, and security
• 5+ years of front-end development using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Liquid templates for portal customization
• 3+ years working with Power Automate (Flows) for automation and orchestration
• 3+ years developing integrations using custom connectors, REST APIs, JSON, OData
• 3+ years of experience implementing authentication and security frameworks (Azure AD B2C, OAuth2, role-based security)
• 3+ years applying responsive UI/UX design in portal development
• Proficiency in ALM practices and use of DevOps pipelines for Power Platform projects
• Excellent troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization skills

Duties:

• Design, configure, and customize Power Pages portals for internal and external users.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into functional and technical specifications.
• Extend portal functionality using Liquid, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Implement secure data access and role-based permissions within Dataverse and Azure AD B2C.
• Develop Power Automate flows to support business process automation.
• Integrate portals with Dynamics 365, Microsoft 365 services, and third-party systems via APIs, JSON, and OData.
• Apply ALM best practices (Solutions, DevOps Pipelines, Environment Strategy) for lifecycle management.
• Conduct testing, troubleshoot issues, and ensure solutions adhere to Microsoft’s governance and performance standards.
• Prepare documentation, deliver user training, and participate in Agile ceremonies.
