Duration: 6-months (possible extension)

Location Hybrid 2-days a week (Scarborough)

We are seeking experienced professionals for Hardware Asset Management Specialist role. Ideal candidates will have a solid background in managing technology hardware assets within an enterprise environment.

Role & Responsibilities

• Manage IT hardware at the bank within book of record

• Work on tickets - resolving data quality issues

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years proven experience in technology hardware asset management

• Knowledge of CMDB (Configure Management Data Base) is a must

• Extensive hands-on experience using ServiceNow or a similar ITSM/ticketing platform

• Strong attention to details and organizational skills

• Problem solving and data ownership mindset

- Ability to document process, identify gaps and improve process is an asset

- Hands on experience with Power Automate is an asset

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access, or similar SQL tools for data analysis

Nice To Haves:

• Knowledge of Discovery Tools is an asset (SCCM, ServiceNow Discovery, etc.)

• HAM Pro Certification is an asset

• IAITAM Certification is an asset

• Previous banking

Education:

• Post Secondary Degree

Interviews:

• 1st round with HM - preferred onsite but virtual is good - 45 minutes
