Description
Our multi-national consulting solutions client is looking for a Senior Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Consultant to lead product assessments, system design proposals, and develop strategic HCM solutions to support business needs
Must Have:
- 8+ years' experience in Oracle Cloud HCM implementation or support
- Deep expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM suite and end-to-end HR business processes
- Functional knowledge across multiple HCM modules (e.g., Global HR, Payroll, Compensation, etc.)
- Led 2+ full lifecycle Oracle Cloud HCM implementations
- Strong skills in solution architecture, estimation models, and client presentations
- Broad understanding of Oracle Cloud ERP and HCM use across industries
