Position Title: Business Consultant - Intermediate

Line of Business: - Fraud Management on the US side, establishing all fraud management strategies and tactics

Target Start Date: ASAP

Contract Duration: 12 months

Remote/Hybrid: fully remote

Location Address: Fully remote- as long as they can work EST

Project: Required to support a project within the NY branch. Establishing cash management services for a US client -allowing clients to do electronic payments.

Who will the candidate be working with on a Daily basis: Senior leaders, partners on the project (US NY branch, Canadian enterprise team)

Job Description:

• Identify and meet with potential clients to determine requirements, determine project scope, and provide estimates.

• Carry out research and data collection related to the client and industry.

• Analyze existing practices, positions, and data to understand the client, industry, and nature of business.

• Works closely with the project management team to determine required resources and create timelines.

• Identify strategies and present recommendations for improvement.

• Develop implementation strategies and assist in the implementation of solutions.

• Perform and organize ongoing support for customers such as report building, data quality, new integrations, etc.

Must haves:

1. At least 2+ years of Business Consulting experience with PM background

2. Strong relationship management skills

Nice to have:

- Previous banking,

- Previous Fraud background

- Previous IT background

- PMP certified

Education and Certifications: Bachelors degree, PMP preferred
