Enterprise Architect - Identity Management for Salesforce Admissions 360 platform for our Higher Education client.

Position Overview:

This position ensures enterprise technology systems, particularly for secure and personalized identity management within the Salesforce Admissions 360 platform

and broader ERP ecosystem (including systems, integrations, processes, and people), are designed, implemented, and maintained in alignment with organizational objectives, enterprise IT standards, and business outcomes. The role provides leadership in architecture, system management, and technical execution to support seamless, secure access across the digital identity streams.

Key Responsibilities:

Define, maintain, and evolve the enterprise architecture, including system models, integration patterns, and platform structures for Salesforce and related

systems.

Leads a team of technical professionals (developers, application engineers, consultants, UX/UI designers) to design and implement Salesforce solutions,

including MuleSoft APIs and integrations.

Proficiency with enterprise architecture tools (UML, ArchiMate, Lucidchart, Visio) and cloud-hosted apps (AWS, Azure, Entra)

Experience with application integration strategies and protocols, including the use of iPaaS solutions such as MuleSoft and JitterBit

Understanding of API management, web services (REST, SOAP), and ETL processes in ERP integrations

Experience with Rabbit MQ or similar messaging queue framework

Strong knowledge of security principles (e.g., OAuth2, SAML, role hierarchies), compliance frameworks (FIPPA)

CIDPRO certification is an asset
