2 days onsite (Wednesday is an anchor day)

Join a high-volume document update project focused on improving the accuracy and consistency of over 3,000 insurance forms. The role centers on reviewing, validating, and finalizing documents processed by a proprietary automated tool. This position offers direct involvement in a major transformation program enhancing the quality of client-facing insurance contracts. Candidates will work in a structured, detail-driven environment supporting critical compliance and brand consistency efforts.

Must Haves

  • 3+ years in document management, administration, or similar accuracy-driven environments
  • Advanced use of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel for tracking and reporting, and PDF editing tools
  • Strong precision and attention to detail handling large volumes of standardized documents
  • High proficiency in written English and grammar with capability for proofreading and copy editing
  • Post-secondary education in business, administration, or related discipline

Nice to Have

  • Experience with document automation or transformation platforms
  • Ability to collaborate with technical teams on process improvements
  • Familiarity with insurance or regulated documentation environments
  • Analytical ability to identify trends or patterns in document errors

Responsibilities

  • Review documents processed by automated search-and-replace tools
  • Validate accuracy and completeness of required updates
  • Identify and correct inconsistencies, errors, or missing changes
