Director, Corporate Technology HR Systems (10+ years) to lead Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM operations and strategic HR technology initiatives

Must Haves

  • 10+ years leading teams in HR technology or corporate systems within enterprise environments
  • Extensive hands-on expertise with Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM including Core HR, Talent, Goals, Performance, ORC, Absence, Expenses, and Payroll
  • Proven leadership of third-party integrations across recognition, engagement, benefits, payroll, and learning platforms
  • Demonstrated ability to manage HR technology operations and M&A integrations within a P&C insurance context
  • Post-secondary education in a business or technology-related field

Nice to Have

  • Experience applying AI or automation within HR technology ecosystems
  • Familiarity with vendor contract negotiation and SLA performance management

Responsibilities

  • Partner with HR Operations to ensure day-to-day stability and optimization of HR systems
  • Lead development and execution of the enterprise HR technology roadmap aligned with strategic objectives
  • Manage and mentor a team of Tech Leads, Delivery Manager, and Business Systems Analysts
  • Oversee vendor management, contract reviews, and service level adherence across integrated platforms
  • Drive data consistency, automation, and standardized HRIS processes
  • Lead HR technology due diligence, migration, and consolidation during M&A transactions
  • Research and deploy AI and advanced automation tools to enhance HR service delivery
