The Manager, Enterprise Growth Marketing is responsible for contributing to the Digital Marketing team’s success by leveraging multiple digital channels and primarily supporting our affiliate marketing channel. The incumbent will lead the development and execution of holistic paid media and affiliate marketing programs-including social, search, display, and affiliate partnerships-to drive unit sales, revenue, and growth. This role is ideal for someone who views experiences holistically through a customer-centric lens, is data-driven and digitally savvy, loves balancing multiple stakeholders, and can switch quickly from strategic thinking to tactical execution to drive exceptional business results.

1. Be the Paid Media & Affiliate Marketing Champion

• Serve as the subject matter expert across all digital acquisition channels, including paid media (social, search, display) and affiliate marketing.

• Tie acquisition efforts into the overall omni-channel strategy, ensuring alignment with broader marketing and business goals.

• Stay up to date with digital advertising and affiliate marketing trends, best practices, and platform capabilities.

• Make recommendations on new ideas, testing opportunities, and partnership strategies.

• Identify trends, training, and coaching opportunities for the team to improve digital buying and affiliate management skills.

2. Campaign & Partnership Management

• Lead the development of Paid Media and Affiliate Marketing strategies to drive unit sales and revenue.

• Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms, ensuring budget efficiency and performance.

• Build and maintain relationships with affiliate partners and networks to expand reach and drive incremental growth.

• Develop and execute affiliate strategies including:

o Review recruitment and onboarding of new affiliates aligned with brand goals.

o Commission structure design to incentivize performance and loyalty.

o Promotional calendar planning to align affiliate efforts with key campaigns and product launches.

o Compliance monitoring to ensure brand integrity and legal adherence.

o Performance segmentation to identify and scale high-performing partners.

o Monitor and report on campaign and affiliate performance, identifying opportunities for improvement.

3. Collaboration

• Partner with customer journey managers, content specialists, SEO specialists and ecommerce team to improve page relevancy, page content, customer experience, and digital sales performance.

• Work with business line partners and squad team members to achieve business objectives.

• Partner with Analytics team to verify data.

Must have skills

• 2-4 years’ industry and/or relevant work experience

• Solid understanding of performance marketing channels, affiliate marketing models, technology and analytics that is also current with an ever-changing digital landscape.

• 2-4 years of experience with digital marketing platforms such as:

o Affiliate platforms

o Facebook Ads Manager

o Google Display & Video 360 (DV360)

o Google Campaign Manager 360 (DCM)

o Search Ads 360

Nice to have skills

• English Language is must, and French proficiency is an asset.

Education and Platform Experience

• College Diploma or University Degree in a relevant field.
