Location: Downtown Toronto, Ontario M5H 1J9, Canada

WFH/Office/Hybrid: hybrid, in office 1 day a week.

Contract Duration: 6 months

Seeking a junior/intermediate developer with Python skills and the ability to provide production support for reconciliation utilities and other applications. No on-call or weekend work expected. The candidate will join our team in the role of TLM Developer in MSS IT, MSSOT, Global Reconciliations.

Must-have

• 1-3 years of experience on TLM Premium, TLM control, TLM Recon Admin, TLM Design Studio, TLM smart Studio, TLM Web Connect, TLM CT Tool & TLM Smart Schema [TLM v2.7]; experience on TLM Premium (v2.5 or V3.0) is mandatory
• Experience on SmartStream suite of tools and any other reconciliation platform to implement end to end delivery of reconciliations
• Technical knowledge of TLM product & using the vendors application tools and customize the user interface screens, system workflow and database structures to meet new version of TLM; TLM Schema Design and use of TLM Smart Schema
• Proven experience on SQL / PLSQL
• Hands on Production environments on different Oss - Unix / Windows
• Previous experience in Banking and Finance domain

Nice-to-have

• DevOps tooling experience, CI/CD pipeline, automation involved SQL / PLSQL; should have worked as a DevOps engineer in one of their previous roles
• Good understanding and working experience of python and Django framework to handle file processing, creating BOTs, automation and innovation etc.
• Worked on automation using Python and Django to reduce TPAMs, accesses to production, minimizing incidents, etc
