Location: Downtown Toronto - Hybrid - 4 days in office/Remote Fridays

This team develops & manages the operational dashboard for NACB


MUST HAVE:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree
  • 2 to 4 years experience
  • SQL Intermediate Level Skills
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)

  • SAS
  • GitHub
  • JIRA
  • Power BI Server


RESPONSIBILITIES:

Process Administration, Maintenance, and Change Management Responsibilities:

  • Managing Security Updates
  • Submitting request for active directory access for new users
  • Updating tables driving row level security for dashboards

Managing User Requests (Access & Dashboard Questions)

  • Reviewing shared inbox request emails for:
  • Dashboard Access
  • Questions On Dashboards

Managing SQL Data Refreshes Jobs

  • Executing SAS Jobs and Stored Procedures to refresh key data sets
  • Performing validating checks on the refreshes
  • Communicating refresh statuses to the team

Managing Dashboard Data Refreshes

  • Scheduling and executing Dashboard refreshes on the Ad Hoc server

Daily Dashboard Data Refreshes Validations

  • Reviewing key dashboards each morning to:
  • Validate data refreshes were successful
  • Taking action if there were issues with the refresh

Managing Project Migration Into Ad Hoc and Production

  • Submitting Jira requests for Production team tasks
  • Loading dashboard files into GitHub
  • Validation of dashboards once published

Agile Project Responsibilities:

  • Requirements Gathering
  • Attending project meetings
  • Compiling requirements from meetings and email requests
  • Story Creation & Updates
  • Creating stories in the JIRA Backlog
