Summary
- Job: An assessment of credit risk control framework for commercial real estate lending (CRE) guided by regulatory expectation and industry standard assessment criteria.
- Activities: Review of 20 sample CRE credit files for assessment of underwriting quality and account management, where applicable (across the 2 institutions).
Role Deliverables
- Documented assessment of underwriting and, where applicable, account management at the file level for sample files in a predetermined format.
- Documented list of identified deficiencies supported by robust, evidence-based rationales.
Education/Work Experience
- 15+ years experience in Commercial Real Estate (CRE) underwriting, review, or assessment with related regulatory expectations.
- MUST have reliability clearance or above prior to the start of the project.

- Microsoft Office
